Flash of the Tropics

Ingredients

  • Endive Violet Flash™
  • 1.5 oz Sesame Fat Washed Rum
  • 0.5 oz Banana Liqueur
  • 1 oz Coconut Cream
  • 0.5 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 0.5 oz Allspice Syrup*

 

*Allspice Syrup Recipe

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp ground allspice

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a small saucepan and heat on medium until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Stir occasionally to avoid clumps.
  3. Strain through a mesh filter and store in an airtight container until ready to use.

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker tin and add a few pieces of pebble ice.
  2. Shake vigorously until ice is fully dissolved.
  3. Strain into a large snifter glass.
  4. Fill remainder of the glass with pebble ice, then adorn with a fan of three Endive Violet Flash leaves.
